iamfacingforeclosure IS BACK!
So apparently Casey Serin has got his site back up and running due to some manner of stipulation in a publishing contract. Given that publishing contract, I am left wondering if his site will actually provide any more useful information from here on out. After all, if his publisher wants him blogging to help the book sales, it stands to reason that his publisher also wouldn’t want him talking about anything that might appear in the book.
Nevertheless, this is probably a good thing for the marketplace. As I’ve noted before, the real problem with real estate (and foreclosures in particular) is that people don’t understand it. We all have some idea how the process works, but it’s a bit like a microwave… if you actually ask someone to explain it to you and you press them on the vagueries of their answer, it is likely they will just talk themselves in circles. That, my friends, is why I’m here.
I do not claim to have every answer you could want, but I do know have a lot of them; and more importantly, the answers I do not have, I am quite adept at finding. So go ahead, ask away. Wanna know how to find foreclosures in your area? How to bid at auction without looking like a total nOOb? How to find out who owns a particular property? How much it’s worth? How long they’ve had it? Who the creditor is that owns their note? All of this is public record (and a WHOLE LOT of other stuff too).
