Hi. My name is Aaron. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, and this is what I know about foreclosures. When I began researching foreclosures about three years ago, there wasn’t a whole lot of information freely available. In the time I spent educating myself, I purchased some of the (more or less worthless) foreclosure guides that you see advertised on the internet, and I ran across my fair share of shady fellows.
